Randy Rada started his career in 1981 in South Dakota and, needing to gain experience, he moved to Minneapolis in 1984. Having landed a position at one of the largest labs in the state, he quickly worked his way into supervisory roles, providing leadership and direction for dozens of employees. | ||||||||||||||

| Randy
gained valuable and irreplacable experience in these positions, but
he saw room for improvement; a need for higher, more consistant
standards that a large dental lab can have trouble achieving. So, in
1997, he created Lake Dental Studio in Minneapolis as a way to provide

that was more consistant and more accurate. With over 20 years in
the industry, Randy brought with him all the experience and knowledge
he's gained over
the years and created an environment that really holds true to his
