Business hours:
Our laboratory hours are
8:00 am to 4:30 pm central time Monday through Friday.

Guarantee:
We guarantee the delivery time of every restoration with a seven working day in house turn around. Every one of our restorations have a three year unconditional guarantee on fit, function and shade.  If there is ever a problem just return the case and we will remake or repair the restoration free of charge.

Shipping:
For out of town clients, we provide priority mail service unless other arrangements are made and as always,
we pay shipping in both directions.

Billing & payment options:
We include an invoice with each case. On the first of each month we send out a statement which documents all transactions for the previous month. Payment is required within 30 days of the statement date. For our clients who wish to use credit cards for payment, please fill out and submit our Credit Card Authorization Form.
